Traci Kelly
Traci Kelly, LUTCF®
Founder and President
Traci Kelly brings 20 years of financial experience,
along with the mindset that everyone deserves a financial advocate, one able to assist in
managing risk while helping to facilitate a legacy. Traci has made a career out of seeing the
pitfalls of the “conventional wisdom” that’s so often toted to clients, instead striving to provide
clear and simplified solutions through holistic planning that takes each client’s unique situation
into account. Her goal is to help clients to a greater state of financial confidence by teaching
them how they can build, protect, and enjoy their wealth.
As a self-starter during the 2008 recession, Traci knows first-hand how important it is to be able
to invest in yourself. She specializes in empowering entrepreneurs, women, and high-net-worth
individuals to take control of their financial destinies. Traci’s planning strategies have made her
a trusted contributor to numerous local media networks and publications, plus a guest speaker
at various corporations, associations, and universities. Traci is known for having a true passion
for her work, so much so that she has been designated a Life Underwriter Training Council
Fellow.

When she’s not guiding her clients to a brighter financial future, she gives back to the
community by participating in various non profit endeavors. Especially dear to her heart is empowering and developing the next generation. She created a financial literacy program for the Upward Bound children's organization.
In her spare time, Traci tries to keep up with her young son, Kody, who
already has just as much energy as his mother. Traci loves being active and can often be found
on the beach at her home in Tampa, FL, practicing yoga, or escaping the summer heat to her hometown in New Jersey.

Joe Kelly has over 43 years experience in the Insurance Industry. He is a member of the prestigious Liberty Mutual Hall of Fame. Joe has received numerous awards throughout his career including being a 3 time Elite winner for the top advisors nationwide at Liberty Mutual Company. After the economic crash of 2008, and witnessing many of the retirement plans and goals of loved ones tragically diminish, Joe became committed to dedicating his post-retirement time to educating families and individuals on how to take control of their money.
Joe's knowledge, experience, and expertise in the Insurance and Financial Industries sets a standard very few can match. He has earned his role in the community as not only a trusted advisor, but also a friend to many - especially his clients. Joe believes the only way to help protect a client's best interest is to know them as individuals. His commitment to solid client relationships is a value rarely found in many of today's traditional financial firms.

Joe is a graduate of Rutgers University. He was born and bred in South Jersey, where he continues to reside with his wife Sharon and their rescue dog Smokey. Joe is a proud father to Traci, Kyle, Ryan, and Shane. He is especially excited to join his daughter Traci - to continue the legacy of positive financial impact!
